As a strategic leader in knowledge network design, I work with technical and operational teams to accelerate decision-making, coordinate tasks, resolve problems, and facilitate discussions. My expertise has been instrumental in fostering collaboration for the development of a five-year country development strategy, building a global coalition to enhance the effectiveness of health campaigns, and advising on the creation of knowledge products and peer-to-peer learning initiatives.
My diverse background spans non-profit, public, and private sectors, including roles at USAID, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Trimet, and Safeco. My global experience includes leading complex knowledge management activities in Abuja, Accra, Addis Ababa, Dar es Salaam, Nairobi, and Kampala.

I hold an MSc in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University. I am passionate about empowering individuals to act as knowledge brokers, working collectively towards common goals.
I have contributed to building a global coalition of over 1,100 planners and managers from 85 countries, representing 350 organizations focused on polio, malaria, NTDs, Vitamin A, and immunization campaigns during the COVID-19 pandemic as part of an $8M initiative aimed at enhancing health campaign effectiveness. I have also fostered dialogue among 30 members of a specialist network to translate policy into implementation practice, guidance, and know-how. I have also integrated strategic learning and collaboration by embedding adaptive management and evidence-based decision making practices into contractual and partner agreement clauses, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to changing needs.
